Case Study: Video Production for Carpetright
The Challenge
Carpetright needed engaging video content to strengthen internal communications and provide clear, practical guidance for both management and store staff. The aim was to create films that were informative yet dynamic, supporting everything from high-level strategy discussions to day-to-day operations in stores.
Our Approach
We worked closely with Carpetright’s communications team and regional managers to design two strands of video content:
Conference Videos
Produced for the annual managers’ conference, these films set the tone for the year ahead. They were lively, engaging and most importantly fun. They helped establish the key agendas and priorities for strategic discussions.Explainer Videos for Store Staff
Created to deliver essential guidance on store setup and operations, these films combined clear communication with visual demonstrations, ensuring staff could quickly understand and implement instructions in their daily roles.
The Results
The conference videos proved instrumental in framing strategic discussions and aligning management on goals for the year ahead.
The explainer videos gave store teams a practical, accessible learning tool, making guidance easier to understand and apply.
